The Craftsman Behind the Work

Accepting commissions

I'm a woodworker and furniture maker based in Portland, Oregon. For over 12 years I've been turning raw lumber into functional art — from live-edge dining tables to hand-cut dovetail blanket chests, each piece is built to last for generations.

My journey started with an apprenticeship in historic building restoration, moved through a boatbuilding program, and evolved into a full-time furniture practice. I believe the best furniture comes from understanding the wood itself — its grain, its character, and its story.
